Senior system administration EXCHANGE (mail) and MIIS/FIM (provisioning) System Administrator - Mail & provisioning About Fujitsu

- Follow up of incidents with other services at the European Commission, or external service providers ( example: BT)
- Propose alternatives and workarounds for problems and incidents
- Integration and test of new software versions, service packs, configuration changes
- Planning & follow-up with roll-out of new ICT projects in the delegations and HQ
- Drafting of procedures, installation notices and scripts for the integration, installation and upgrade of new products or new versions of products
- Development of scripts to improve central management and control facilities (central alerting, central logging, central security polices implementation)
- Design of guidelines and writing of handouts for the local system administrators
- Management of central monitoring infrastructure
- Debugging of Network problems
- Participation in training seminars for IT officers
- On-site installation/migration/repair missions
- Management of small ICT infrastructure projects
- On-site ICT assessment missions
- On-call third level support
Experience/Profile
Excellent knowledge of:
- Exchange 2003, 2010 (troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, configuration)
Good knowledge of:
- Provisioning: MIIS 2003
- Provisioning: FIM (forefront identity management) 2010
- Scripting: powershell, VBS, C#
- Microsoft AD
Minimum required
- Experience as Senior System administrator - Min 8 years (5 years if university degree)
- Experience with Service management tools - 1 year.
- ITIL foundations certification.
- Experience with administration of Exchange years.
- Relevant certifications
Linguistic Skills
- English (French is an asset)
