Job Description:
team of engineers providing support to Mobility labs.
This consists of 3G/4G mobile nodes, high end Routers and Switches, Firewalls, load balancers, Desktop & Unix Servers.
You will be allocating and driving multiple skill people in multi domain environment.
You will act as an interface between customer and the team and thrive to achieve tangible benefits to customer.
Judicial Work allocation & reporting mechanism
Interpersonal skills:
Generates daily, weekly & monthly reports.
Identifies problems and implement solutions
Responds to general support inquiries via phone, email, trouble ticket.
Assigns project based tickets to appropriate party for implementation
Resolves issues as assigned or directs to appropriate team
May performs monitoring or ops checks as directed
Working knowledge on the following disciplines:
Hands on with 3G/4G UMTS/LTE network elements
Mobility/Transport nodes (MSC, BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB/eNodeB, HLR/HSS, STP, MSN/DACS, SIAD, EPC, IMS, VoLTE, DRA)
Layer 2/3 routing and protocols, hands on experience with Cisco or Juniper equipment
Firewall or load balancers
Systems: UNIX/Linux operating system, OSS/EMS, DNS
Signaling gateways and protocols
Taps/tools (monitoring, load and traffic generation or simulation, remote testing).
