This position's primary responsibility will be to support our business clients in the upgrades/conversions of MS Access 2003 databases to MS Access 2013.
Focus on continuous improvement; Provide leadership on initiatives and projects as needed
Recommend and implement solutions to complex issues and assignments
Develop process improvements and efficiencies; focus on continuous improvement
Ability to demonstrate a questioning attitude toward established work processes and procedure
Advanced knowledge, skills and experience to perform all work requirements for the specific technical discipline; also proficient in advanced features and functions for the specific technical discipline
Excellent analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills
Ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines
Superior written and verbal communication skills

Must have:
3+ years developing business solutions with Microsoft Access 2007 or higher (preferred)
Proven experience migrating/converting/upgrading MS Access 2003 databases to MS Access 2007 or higher (preferred)
Proficient with VBA and/or Visual Studio for Office
Experience with ADO database coding
Working knowledge of database and user interface design principles within MS Access
