Oracle HCM and Fusion Technical project lead - Swedish Speaker
Oracle fusion + HCM + Swedish + Team Lead
Montreal Associates are currently looking for an Oracle HCM and Fusion Technical project lead for our customer in Stockholm, Sweden for 9 months assignment to start ASAP.
Tasks:
- Manage the team of (Functional HCM resource, conversion resource and developer) and two client resources to ensure completion of deliverables within set timelines and according to methodology
- Report status within program, drive risk/issue handling, activity planning and follow up
- Coach client functional resources in deliverable work and help them coordinate with developer/conversion resources
- Coordinate and interact with Oracle development team and other Projects (PPM and Accounting)
Skills Needed:
- Oracle Application and Oracle fusion application (required)
- HCM/required), Accounting (required), Projects (beneficial)
- Si-implementations
- The most important skills what we see for this role is integrations with FMW/SOA/lending/arkitektur, eBS and Fusion, last HR knowledge.
- Fluent English Speaker in a Must, however Swedish Speaker would be preferred
Skills preferred:
- Experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion application (HCM, Accounting, PPM) and to lead and deliver the FMW application stack
- Strong tech resource, help in building standards, doing the setups, help application architect and play team lead role
- Lead system integration work.
