This is an exciting opportunity to take a 6 month fixed term contract, with a growing organisation, already well established in other locations, and experience living and working in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, while working in a fantastic organisation, in a role that will allow you to utilise your entire skill set in IT Quality management.
Ideally you will come from a background in IT quality within the Pharmaceutical or Medical device industries.
The position will entail:
. Ensure proper implementation of global standards, policies and systems platforms
. Interface with business and IT partners to ensure my clients practices are aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practices
. Drive continuous improvement of the quality system to meet and sustain compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Ensure the continuous improvement, rationalization and management of existing systems and operations
. Manage the ITIC process for assigned GIS global services and vendors. Perform ITIC assessments to evaluate if processes and deliverables fulfil the requirements for quality, to uncover errors or deficiencies in processes and deliverables, and to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
. Ensure the review of the QMS for each of the vendors for compliance
. Contribute to the GIS vendor audit program to ensure that vendor audits are performed meeting all regulatory and my clients requirements
. Follow up resolution of identified quality exposures and escalation to line management if critical situations are not resolved in due course
. Support the GIS SOX IT process for assigned SOX relevant global services and vendors in alignment with IT process
. Support the GIS audit management process for assigned global services and vendors: Coordinate/communicate all internal audit/inspections conducted by internal/external auditors and regulators. Coordinate with other compliance officers of other IT organizations when such audits/inspections cross IT organizational boundaries
. Contribute to business decisions in the definition and assessment of IT requirements
. Support GIS risk management process
. Support the development of management reports related to risks and effectiveness of the IT Infrastructure services (internal & external service provider)
For assigned global services and vendors, effective alignment of IT investment to achieve the most efficient operations.
. Challenge business partners and push back when necessary to ensure the IT solution responds to their business needs while being cost-efficient at the same time
. Ensure key strategic IT Infrastructure services are delivered and implemented adhering to the companies IT quality standards
This position is paying very competitively for the area, and the salary of over 100,000 CZK/month will allow you to live very comfortably in Prague during the 6 months of this assignment (If you would like a detailed discussion about the cost of living in Prague, please give me a call as I live here myself!)
