NHS Physiotherapist - Band 5 or 6 - Community & Intermediate Care - Full Time - 5 months - North West: LancashireReal Staffing are looking for an experienced Band 5 or Band 6 Physiotherapist to specialise in the area of intermediate care and community physiotherapy, for a full time, 6 month locum contract, with an experienced NHS multi-disciplinary team. This role is ideal for any physiotherapist wanting to develop their skills in community physiotherapy.
We are looking for locums with experience in the following areas:
- Band 5/ 6 NHS experience
- Intermediate Care (including respiratory and neurological caselaods)
- Community physiotherapy (including Domiciliary visits)
- Experience working with elderly patients
- MUST be a car driver with access to your own car.
The locum role is to start on the 4th of November 2013 and is for 6 months subject to the the Trust's big expansion plans to develop their service. You will be part of an experienced Physiotherapy team based in at a large hospital and you will then go out into the community to see patients.
Suitable applicants must have the following criteria:
- Band 5 or 6 NHS experience
- Experience in intermediate care, community and elderly care physiotherapy.
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HPC registered
- Valid Passport
- CRB checked (clean)
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Car driver with own car
- Occupational Health Checks
- Mandatory Training
- Clinical references x 2
