An Electronics Architect in domain Flow & Temperature control is required by global leading semiconductor organisation on a long term contract basis. The systems they manufacture are used by the major semiconductor manufacturers to create integrated circuits that power an array of electronic, communications and IT products.

Job Mission
An Electronics Architect will define, realize, manage, and maintain various electronic functions and interfaces that are needed to control the environmental conditions (flow, temperature) of existing and future products.

Job Description
Your main responsibilities for this position are:
• Define, document and maintain specifications of the electrical architecture and of electrical parts and infrastructure.
• Perform trade off studies (specs, interfaces) to determine the preferred implementation scenario. Obtain agreement with stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule work breakdown estimation for development work, liaise with other stakeholders.
• Contribute to definition, documentation, execution tests to ensure that electronics products satisfy the requirements.
In addition to the main responsibilities detailed above, you need to demonstrate competency on:
• Participation in design of electronic parts based on knowledge of sensor physics and electronics.
• Participation in mono disciplinary E-architecture discussions.
• Organise/contribute in FMEA sessions.
• Support other projects, support factory and service organisation as an expert.
• Analyse and solve reliability issues.
• Transfer knowledge to production; and Service Engineers.
• Manage outsourcing of development activities with Co Developers.
• Solve problems during 1st product integration.

Job Requirements
• BSc, MSc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. (There is a preference for MSc degree)
• At least 2-3 years relevant work experience as Electronics Architect or Sr. Designer in Flow & Temperature control.
• At least 8 years of overall industrial work experience.
• Experience in technology and of (gas) safety is a must.
• Knowledge and experience with temperature, flow and pressure control is preferred; also knowledge and experience of vacuum.
• Broad technical knowledge of electronics with basic knowledge of physics, mechanics, mechatronics and software.
• Preferably already have some previous experience working with big complex high tech companies.

• Highly motivated team player with good social and communication skills.
• Leadership (pro-active attitude). Ability to give technical direction in a team of designers.
• Accurate, systematic approach, analytical, problem solving, pragmatic attitude.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and willing to learn Dutch. There is a preference for Dutch speaking candidates
