A global pharmaceutical organisation is creating a Capital Projects (Engineering) Academy, offering a Masters in Industrial Project Management. This unique opportunity is seeking to engage with 4 individuals on a freelance basis for long term contracts.The client has a Global Capital Projects group whose capital investment in all manufacturing sites is significantly rising though out all parts of the world. The consumer health and pharmaceutical division have an increasing portfolio of capital spending at their production facilities, where they are investing in new builds (Greenfield), expansions (Brownfield), line upgrades, equipment transfers and modifications.
The selected individuals will 'shadow' Managers and Engineers, and learn 'on the job', with 2 to 4 weeks per year attending Masters' classes at University. Upon completion of this contract, further extensions or permanent positions could be offered within the organisation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, Biopharmaceutical)
• Some industry experience (ideally 2 to 4 years') either working for manufacturing site (pharmaceutical, FMCG, biotech, chemical); and or working for Engineering design house
• A willingness to travel and be seconded to sites across the world
• English language skills
• A desire to continue education; and dedication to complete MSc
