Manager of Statistical Programming - Raleigh, North CarolinaThis global CRO with locations across 30 + countries seeks a highly motivated individual to join their group as a Manager of Statistical Programming! This company has an extensive pipeline with over 40 drugs already approved by the FDA!
This role is predominantly hands off and includes:
- Direct Reports
- Mentoring Clinical Programmers across multiple teams
- Resource Allocation
- Budgeting
- Time line coordination
- Phase I - IV group
Requirements:
- Direct Report experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Manager title
- CDISC knowledge
This opportunity is the highest level in the office and is key to the development of the entire group! This not only includes working for a reputable and successful company but also has a very competitive salary of $125,000 - $130,000 plus a target bonus of 10%. There is also some flexibility at the end, and even an option of a relocation package, as well as excellent benefits package!
