Key Skills: Operations Consultant ( Carrier )
Objective :
Drive the carrier network growth both in portfolio wise and region/customer account wise in respective regions ( Europe ). Drive the Operations and solution aspects of the business with all customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible to support and developing engagements with Carriers in respective geography for Services business
- Portfolio identification and positioning of solutions with potential customers
- Developing the operations model and solutions for Managed Services, Professional Services for carrier networks covering CDMA/GSM/IP Networks/OTT/Video/IPTV etc.
- Responsible for Sales targets for respective regions/Customer accounts
- Responsible to work closely with Head of Solutions/Business Development for Services
Key requirements :
- 15+ years of experience min with any large enterprise vendors ( preferably NSN, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Huwaei, ZTE ) in similar role
- 5 plus years in driving Sales and business development for Carrier Services covering Managed Services, Professional Services in carrier networks ( Managed Services and Professional Services )
- Experience in leading niche high performance teams across various countries
- Ability to proactively engage and develop business with customers and partners
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to form sales and solution strategy at high level and engage with Customer
