Description
1. Previous experience in Oil and Gas or Marine Industries, Preferably as a Marine Electrician.2. Experience at managing diesel electric power plants in a marine environment, ideal candidate will have worked with CAT diesel units previously.
3. Experience working on and maintaining variable speed drive units for a variety of applications, ideally if ABB design
4. Experience working with soft start systems as well as Norsok and Pump units.
5. Competent at performing routine electrical maintenance on a variety of different process electrical systems including motors, mixers, pumps and various low voltage electrical circuits.
6. Knowledge of process control systems, ideal candidate will have worked with Yokogawa systems previously.
7. High or medium voltage switching trained
8. Ideal candidate has worked with a variety of different sensors and measuring devices and can perform routine maintenance and consistency checking with assistance from less experienced colleagues (leader of the activity)
