Role: Pension Compliance Advisory (Life Company Experience)

Type: Permanent

Salary: £60,000 - £70,0000 per annum

Location -London

A leading Asset Management firm is seeking a Compliance Advisor to join their Pensions team.

The role requires you to provide Compliance Advice on the companiesUK(DC) Defined Contribution business. You will primarily be giving Regulatory Advice to this area of the business to ensure the products and services are Compliant with the rules and regulations that surround the pensions business.

Requirements:

- Compliance Advice to the UK Pensions business

- Support the business to manage their Regulatory Risks

- Training to the team

- Design and implement a monitoring programme

- Develop a regulatory Compliance Manual/Plan

- Foster a proactive Compliance Culture within the business

- Understand current and upcoming EU Proposals

- Support and advise on Regulatory Initiatives

- Regular reporting to the relevant areas of the business, ie the Board

- Provide advise on new or amended products within the Pensions business

- Sign-off all marketing material

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a Compliance capacity

- Qualified from the CII / PFS (Pensions) and/or a Fellow ship of the Pensions Management Institute.

- Strong understanding of Life Companies set up, unit linked products, pension's process, regulation and legislation.
