Senior Manager BiostatisticianAn oncology firm in San Francisco Bay Area looking to hire a talented Senior Manager Biostatistician. You will be working in an environment that encourages career development and collaborating with multiple departments on challenging projects on a global spectrum. This position will report directly to the Director of Biostatisticsonsite and permanent.
- Oversee the conduct of analyses, and preparing integrated clinical and statistical reports, developing/reviewing protocols, and preparing analysis plans.
- Work on multiple components of project management as well as leading several junior statisticians (setting timelines and deliverables/targets, performance reviews, hiring, budget allocations and so forth) and managing CRO/Vendor relationships.
- Ability to define and clearly communicate study designs and analytic techniques in a protocol and an analysis plan.
- Ability to be proactive in providing solution-oriented approaches to problems and make suggestions on a regular basis to improve the quality of analyses performed.
- Ability to define needed processes to ensure consistent and quality deliverables.
- Understand regulatory requirements related to the specific therapeutic areas and the implications for statistical processing and analysis.
Education and Experience:
10+ years industry experience and MS in Biostatistics or related field
PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics or related field preferred
