- Job Title: Capital Finance Manager
- Location:London
- Daily Rate: £200 to 300 Per Day (Negotiable)
- Contract Length: 6+ Months

Real Staffing are representing an NHS Trust in London which requires a Capital Finance Manager to provide support over the second half of the financial year.
The post holder will play a key role in monitoring the trust's capital finances and accurately reporting on its activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
- Preparing monthly VAT returns and advising on PPE/VAT policies
- Liaising with internal and external auditors
- Preparation of capital reporting, forecasting and planning
- Completion of the quarterly Agreement of Balances (AoB)
- Monitoring and reconciliation of control accounts
- Supporting the completion of statutory returns (FIMS) and internal reporting
- Supporting the Head of Financial Control and Capital Project Managers
- Supervision and training of 3 financial accountants
Essential Criteria and Experience:
- Qualified (or Finalist) accountant
- Supervised multiple direct reports
- Managed NHS capital programme budgets
- Excel and E-financials Systems
Important:
To be suitable for this position, candidates must have recently held a Capital Accounting position within an NHS Trust and have operated at a managerial level.
