Support Analyst - Contract - Finance - LondonSupport Analyst required by my client, a top-tier Investment Bank, to join their FX team to provide functional and technical assistance. This opportunity for a Support Analyst involves daily liaison with the application users from front to back office, involving timely resolution of system problems/issues in line with user requirements.
This opportunity for a Support Analyst offers a 6-Month contract, offering £375-£440 per day, based in Central London
Key Requirements for Support Analyst:
- FX experience and knowledge
- Deep understanding of FIX
- SQL and UNIX knowledge
- Good knowledge of financial markets
Key Duties for Support Analyst:
- Ensuring excellent user experience
- Good process surrounding managed applications, co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Upholding app stability and implementing monitoring processes
