Web Content Editor / Contract / London / £200-£350pd

I am looking for Web Editor for my client a top tier investment bank to join their expanding team based in centralLondon.

What the role will entail:

The Web Editor role will be responsible for:

- Migrating and repurposing content from the current website to the 'To Be' CMS (SitePublisher) ensuring that the Lloyds tone of voice is adhered to.

- working extensively with stakeholders and the Content Management workstream lead to agree copy changes and ensure all sign offs (Product, Channel, Legal, Risk, Compliance and User Experience) are achieved

- working collaboratively with the User Experience designers, business analysts and development teams to ensure that the copy being drafted can be delivered by the technology solution being delivered by the development team

- supporting triage of defects arising from testing phases and ensuring fixes applied in a timely fashion where the fix is identified as 'content'

Core skills/abilities required:

-Use of wireframes and functional specifications in order to determine approach to copy production and content load

-Basic HTML/CSS or exposure

-Content Management systems (preferably TeamSite and SitePublisher)

-HP Quality Centre (or similar defect management tool)

-Attention to detail

-Copywriting including experience of working in more than one tone of voice/brand

-Exposure to agile methods of work would be advantageous

Successful candidates will have the following experience:

* Migration of content from current website to the 'To Be' CMS

* Running stakeholder copy review sessions to agree copy changes and securing sign off of the changes

* Applying copy changes within the 'To Be' CMS in line with project deadlines

* Working with design and development team to raise and close queries relating to copy production and load

* Managing and closing content related defects arising during test phases

* Estimating time to complete copywriting and content load tasks
