A leading financial services organisation based in London are looking to recruit an Operations Admin Support Manager.

Working within the IT department you will provide operational support to the department to ensure the smooth running of the department. The key responisibilities will include:
  • To act as departmental liaison with HR and recruitment, ensuring that the department meets and adheres to all HR and recruitment policies and procedures.
  • To manage and organise the departmental training plan and budget, acting as liaison with Learning & Development and external training parties.
  • To provide PA and admin support for the departmental management team.
  • To manage your direct reports, ensuring all performance management processes are undertaken effectively and to time and people-related risks are managed effectively.
  • To maintain your own competence and personal development.


This role would suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a customer focused attitude; computer literate ; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; good organisation & planning skills; ability to prioritise; high attention to detail and a focus on quality and service (completer / finisher);self-starter; team player - a friendly nature with strong team-playing ability.

To be considered you need to have:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Experience of working with HR and learning&development.
