Enterprise Partners are looking for a highly experienced Senior Marketing Director for an exciting opportunity with a world leading big data and data analytrics company based in London.

Our Client is actively looking for a creative and results-oriented marketing leader to further monetize the enormous EMEA market opportunity for big data, business analytics, and data integration. The ideal candidate has the experience, drive and discipline for this hands-on, multi-faceted and collaborative marketing leadership position - with the know-how to build great programs and teams.

Our client's standout growth in EMEA has driven our need for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives both on building great marketing programs AND on building out the best team in the industry to drive Our Client's long-term EMEA success. Our EMEA Marketing leader will work closely with our EMEA Sales leader to build the core foundation of the next generation of Our Client EMEA - enabling the continuation of our growth and momentum.
Position Summary:

The core objective of the position is to develop and execute highly successful marketing programs to build pipeline in each core country, across three targeted use cases. This role is to lead the marketing effort in EMEA, collaborate closely with the US team to get the most out of global programs while creating and executing complimentary country-specific programs to drive the most awareness and pipeline for the region. The EMEA Marketing leader will provide marketing direction and alignment, and drive targeted to-go-market campaigns including direct marketing, webinars, conferences, search/SEO, PR focus, and email marketing.

Position Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of related marketing experience with a track record of success building leads and pipeline for high-growth companies
  • Understanding experience of Enterprise Software, Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, and/or Data Integration
  • International experience
  • Strong planning and creative problem solving skills with the ability to act very tactically
  • Strong market and audience segmentation approach to marketing programs - can target specific programs to key personas based on expected buying pattern
  • Must be results-oriented and measures success of campaigns/programs
  • Influence co-workers while fostering strong working relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills
  • Objectivity and openness to others' views to continually build a positive team spirit
