SQA Tester Needed in Deerfield, Illinois
Responsible for assisting in the design/development of product testing/quality processes and assists in developing testing architecture equal to that of commercial quality software.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Requires an understanding or organizational impacts and trade-offs of quality processes.
- 3 years of testing/product quality experience and a quality certification preferred.
SKILLS: Verbal and written
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Experience with traditional and agile methodologies.
- Candidate must have experience in creating manual scripts for performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing as well as, experience in test case planning, development, testing procedures, and analysing test results.
- Create and execute SQL to support testing activities
- Tool experience is a plus (QTP, Silk, or any VBScript based tool)
