This opening is for an experienced software engineers who will participate in Scala development of a high traffic platform, specializing in developing in distributed systems. Skills & Requirements of Scala developer
To perform this exciting role you will require the following skills:
*Substantial experience with Scala
*Excellent understanding of WEB design and the development of web-based systems.
*Knowledge of akka library design patterns, common algorithms and data structures.
*Knowledge of the basics of multi-threaded and network programming; queries.
*Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.
The following skills would be a plus:
*Experience with database development: relational algebra, indexes and optimization.
*Knowledge of other programming languages (PHP, Scala, C).
*Experience with non-relational databases.
