Medior Business Analyst for Application Support (payments) - French
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- Some experience in a banking/payments environment.
- MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in banking/payments domain.
- Fluent English, Good French
Preferable Skills:
Experience in one or more of the following banking sub-domains:
- Payments
- Cash Management
- SEPA
Function Description:
- Handle incoming requests from user community (incidents, requests for info, requests for services) either via Phone,e-mail or Jira (tracking tool)
- Consciously log incidents via ticketing system (Jira).
- Understand the incident to dispatch it the right team for resolution
- Propose solution if available.
- Progressively build up knowledge of application architecture
- Identify responsible incident solvers (teams for resolution/assistance).
- Proactive follow-up resolution of incidents with the incident solvers.
- Proactive communication towards users' community of the status/progress of incident resolution.
- Update the information regarding ticket's resolution for further documentation.
- Plan regular conf calls with each European site to update them on incidents status
- Service needs to be offered during extended hours (9 - 18).
