Key Skills
- 5+ Years with WebSphere, particularly WebSphere ND, Tomcat, IIS
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
- Fluent English language and interpersonal skills
Preferable Skills
- Experience in WebSphere infrastructure in enterprise environments
- Generic knowledge on Web Content Management (Autonomy)
- Web Security (Webseal, TAM, TFIM, TIM, Vordel, WAF)
About the Role
- Managing and operating complex existing WebSphere infrastructure
- Application integration in existing infrastructure.
- Integration with external repositories or content sources.
- Integration into existing Security infrastructures and operations.
- Set-up of lab, development, test, qualification and production platforms.
- Planning, Follow-up, Deploy, Test, Acceptance, Industrialization, Training,
- Handover to Operations and Services Management.
- Restoring the servicing (by restarting the application or the machines, isolating unstable components)
- Emergency Deployment of application, patching, modification of parameters
- Participate in the On-Call calendar (18:00 - 7:30)
- Performing standby for projects on evenings or weekends
- Capacity Management
- Incident, Problem: Participate in the identification of the root cause of an incident and the elaboration (and the implementation) of a solution and if not possible to perform a work-around Participate to the introduction of incidents and their follow-up.

- Participate in the industrialization of our assets
- Project management/project life cycle/project methodology skills required
