Starbucks is seeking a talented Senior Web Visual Designer to help shape the features of our various websites around the world. You must have a strong desire and craft to create engaging, award-winning visual design, a great attitude, and enviable design skills using modern web design techniques. Your work will involve designing web and mobile web interfaces that solve complex interactions with elegance, simplicity, and creativity all while aligning to established brand guidelines. You should have a strong understanding of designing for the web, the grid system, typography, color, brand expression, web accessibility, and responsive web design. A mastery of photoshop, illustrator are required and perhaps even some motion work to illurate how a web app should function. As well, you should comprehensive knowledge of the capability of HTML5 and CSS3 and the features of modern browsers such as typography, layout, and animations. Perhaps you might also have a profile on dribbble and are engaged in the design community. You will be working directly with our talented team of interaction designers, user researchers, and web developers to create innovative, usable, well-designed products that delight our customers.
