Description
1 Sourcer - Has developed a sourcing function, took it from 0 to success. Teamed up with 2 other Sourcers. Cold calling, Boolean searches, finding and tapping into organizations. Developing pipeline of candidates for present and future reqs. Develop new ideas on how to find candidates. Work on site most of the time, flexible to work remotely in special circumstances such as snow storms, etc.
This position is in Libertyville now, but will move to downtown Chicago in February 2014.
SKILLS:
- Must have 5+ years of prior recruiting experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Prefer mix of Corporate & Agency recruiting experience
- Familiarity with Taleo is a plus
- Must have strong computer skills.
- GMAIL for Business is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Excellent project management skills
- Detail-oriented; must ensure a high level of accuracy
- Strong organization and time management skills required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of management
- Collaborative and team focused
- Able to work independently with minimal direction
- Must handle confidential information in a professional manner
