A Global Pharmaceutical Company based in Surrey have an urgent need for a Medical Information Associate who is fluent in Danish to join the team for an initial 12 month contract.The role involves providing technical and Medical Information with high quality customer service. Also, the MIA would be responsible for researching and preparing responses for escalated medical enquiries.
Main responsibilities include:
-Researching and responding to enquiries received
-Documenting enquiries and responding accurately and completely according to relevant SOPs
-Exhibiting broad knowledge of assigned therapeutic area and a solid understanding of pertinent disease state(s)
-Handling escalated MI enquiries
The candidate must:
-Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Danish
-Have Bachelors degree in a science/health-related field (Pharmacy Degree Preferred)
-Medical Writing experience advantageous
-Medical Information/Pharmaceutical Experience
