Computer Futures are seeking a Support Team Leader to work for a market leading client based in the Buckinghamshire area.You will be managing a team of two Support Engineers (1 Desktop/1 Infrastructure) and be responsible for all Helpdesk/Desktop and Infrastructure support across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will have a skill set to include the following: Support Manager, Desktop Management, Helpdesk Management, Support Management, ITIL, SLA, KPI's Windows XP/7, Active Directory, VMWARE, Citrix, Networking, Service Management, Telecoms, ISDN, BT Lines, Price negotatiation and excellent customer facing skills.
This position is paying up to £45,000 and comes with an excellent benefits package that includes Pension and Healthcare.
