Oracle HR Lead

Role - An excellent opportunity for an Oracle Functional HR specialist to work on R12 global roll out of Oracle Hire to Retire (H2R) and Absence Management. Extensive knowledge in Oracle Employee Record Management, Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service, Employee Separation, Absence Management, Manage New Hire, Performance Management and Compensation Management modules.The Oracle EBS Team Lead possesses business knowledge and an understanding of Oracle module functions to lead design, know the impact of different configuration choices and guide the business to make optimal design decisions within the context of global standards.

You will need to have extensive experience in finance and accounting, 10yrs + along with 8yrs + of oracle EBS implementation including configuration and setups for Oracle financial modules.

Knowledge and experience of EBS tools such as AIM, PL/SQL, SQL, FORMS AND REPORTS and preparing documents for example RD070s, BR100s, MD050s, MD070s, TE040s, CV010s

Rate - $ negotiable + expenses
Location -Singapore
Length - 3-12 months
