This role is as a Manager of Statistical Programming with a very reputable company in the RTP area of North Carolina!Opportunities you will be exposed to include, but are not limited to:
- Predominantly hands off role with multiple direct reports
- Mentoring & training clinical programmers across multiple teams
- Involved in resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline coordination
- Supply expert advice
- Phase I - IV clinical trials
All potential candidates must have:
- Line Management experience with direct reports
- Previously involved in mentoring and training clinical programmers
- Minimum of a bachelors degree, preference is a Masters
