Description
Install, configure, and support Citrix software and tools including integration tasks for in-house developed systems and/or purchased software solutions within the technical infrastructure of the organization. Also responsible for monitoring the network to ensure availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance and issue resolution.Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer Citrix environments including systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
- Perform disaster recovery operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and when necessary on/off-shift and during weekends.
- Configure, monitor and maintain virus protection software.
- Provide guidance and assistance to other team members.
- Work with vendors on integration of purchased application solutions.

- Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Group Policies
- Fully knowledgeable of Xenapp 6.5, Xendesktop 5.6, PVS 6.1 and Xenserver
- Netscaler, Citrix Access Gateway experience desired.
- PowerShell, VB Scripting experience desired.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
- 5-6 years experience required.
