Responsibilities
  • Supports overall Search Engine Marketing (SEM) program management.
  • Analyzes SEM program conservation and financial metrics and goals to produce program reports and statistics.
  • Synthesizes high volumes of quantitative and qualitative data into a concise scorecard to report SEM program results and to support SEM program decision making.
  • Makes recommendation to drive continuous improvement and SEM program effectiveness.
  • Manages paper and web reporting process.
  • Monitors data related sync issues between internal systems and SEM vendor systems.
  • Partners with business users, IT, and SEM vendor to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Resolves SEM business operational and active project issues and risks.

Program Management

  • Manage SEM program and success metrics
  • Responsible for making decisions on the direction of SEM, and implementing them using levers such as communications, OPower reporting tools, etc.
  • Leads cross-functional advisory group and working group to ensure collaboration across functions in delivery, direction, and strategy
  • Manage conservation goals and reporting
  • Analyze high volumes of data to make decisions and develop processes to react to data
  • Partner with IT to manage OPower relationships and SLAs
  • Partner with various departments and IT to reconcile internal systems' and customer records' integrity
  • Partner with communications department on the direction of customer communications and promotions

Customer Communications

  • Managing customer communication strategy and approaches to generate interest in SEM
  • Consistent look, feel, and language aligned with brand
  • Alignment with web strategy and social media plans, leveraging current technology (eg web analytics)
  • Customer satisfaction research and analytics
  • Oversee notification management strategy and approach (eg email collection strategy)

Operational/Business Support

  • Data repairs implementation and operational system data issue management
  • Run SAS analysis and SQL queries to reconcile the internal systems' and customer records' integrity
  • Customer experience delivery relative on SEM matters
  • Custom report creation (eg SAS, SQL) for business operational metric and reporting use
