An exciting role has come about for a Regulatory Change professional within a Tier 1 Bank focusing on the banks Commercial and Corporate business.
This is a Compliance role focused on Regulatory Change that will affect the banks business activities now but more importantly in the future. You will head up a team of experienced Regulatory Change Compliance Analysts and Lawyers and with their support ensure the bank is steered in the right direction.
Requirements:
- Strong Compliance background
- Experience of working in a Commercial and or Corporate banking environment
- Ideally have experience in leading or managing a team
- Specialise in at least 1 or 2 relevant regulatory directives and have a broad understanding of other regulations and their impacts on the business
- A good understanding of Risk
- Good Stakeholder Management skills
