Role and Responsibilities:
  • Single Point of Contact for all US Portal escalations
  • Liaison between Help Desk and Development team
  • Advanced knowledge on what can be achieved within existing site functionality
  • Advanced page development issue research & analysis
  • Consulting services to US
  • Recover Content
  • Troubleshoot issues in SharePoint
  • Feasibility of requests and impact
  • Feature Improvement and requirements
  • Provision locations - Including Collections
  • Maintain Accounts
  • Claims Research
  • GAM Configuration
  • Security Analysis
  • Road mapping
  • Quality Assurance
  • Reporting
SKILLS:

Required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • 7+ years in IT industry
  • 5+ years exposure to website technologies
  • 4+ years experience in an IT technical L2/L3 administrator/support role
  • 1+ years Content Management System with SharePoint experience (both authoring content and supporting system)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve incidents of varying nature
  • Ability to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment and to multi-task effectively
  • HTML & JavaScript proficiency
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to use ticketing/Incident tracking software
  • Experience in the software development life cycle
Preferred
  • 2+ years SharePoint experience (both authoring content and supporting system)
  • Graphic Editing abilities (Photoshop)
