Pharmaceutical company is looking to hire experienced Project Managers Indianapolis. This is a stable company that offers exciting opportunities. This expanding group is looking for ambitious people to help lead their team.
Responsibilities
  • Key contact for clients, primary liaison role between Clients, Referral Laboratories and company.
  • Takes the lead over the protocol review and study feasibility. Act as a consultant in providing recommendations and advice to all applicable parties
  • Acts as an ambassador on behalf of the client within the company and across company business units; exemplifies the concept of Signature Client Service through outstanding, personalized customer service skills
  • Ability to create and motivate a team around project deliverables
  • Provides day-to-day project management oversight; effectively managing, planning and coordinating all project related activities, including budgets
  • Ensures that all customer expectations are documented and acted upon in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrates through appropriate self organization the ability to manage conflicting priorities and to make difficult decisions
  • Able to act efficiently in an environment with strict timelines and priorities
  • Accountable for the implementation, monitoring and reporting of performance metrics
  • Actively participates in company development through continuous process improvement, quality and productivity
  • Work with appropriate internal and external personnel to understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills that will build strong internal and external relationships to ensure deliverables are on time and within budget

Job Requirements/Education
  • Minimum BS/BA four (4) year degree (preferably in science)
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated a high degree of initiative and ability to work collaboratively

Experience
  • 3 years of previous experience in managing projects OR approximately 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Project management experience in clinical trials would be a strong asset
  • Pharmaceutical Experience preferred
