As IT Quality Management Specialist, you are the SPOC for both internal and external stakeholders, including audits and assessments (PCI DSS, PWC and ISAE 3420 for example). You need to maintain and enhance a profound knowledge of quality management in our IT build so as to provide expert advice to stakeholders and other teams. The goal is to reduce the cost of quality in our IT build.
You will also line manage a small team of IT Quality resources, setting objectives and doing appraisals. This necessitates strong communication and coaching skills.
You establish the quality management governance processes and enforce them across the IT build's SDLC, liaising with other QA and audit functions and measuring conformance and non-conformance.
