Cisco Network Security Engineer - Dutch/Flemish
This is a Dutch speaking position.
Candidates must speak fluent Dutch!
The job is to deliver service, pre-sales and post-sales support to one of our client's biggest customers. This customer has a complex technical set up and their environment is considered critical. Since the environment is all Cisco-based, applicants need to have extensive experience working with Cisco networks rather than Microsoft.
This role involves shifts during weekends and evenings.
Technological expertise required, in order of importance: TCP/IP, Firewalling, network protocols, VPN, proxies, IPv6, loadbalancing and SSL offloading.
The client expects knowledge in some of the following technologies: Cisco FWSM/ASA/ACE, Juniper, Palo Alto, Bluecoat, Infoblox, Checkpoint and/or F5.
The key to the role is Cisco networking experience.
