On behalf of one of our customers, a world leader in their industry sector based in Sao Paulo, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP Integration Manager for a 1 year project (starting beginning to mid October, first contract is likely to be for 6 months).

You will be based in their Sao Paulo offices.

Our customer is currently rolling out their European SAP solution to the US. Some end to end flows are currently supported by a solution developed in-house (Quote to cash, invoicing, equipment configuration) and will need to be interfaced with the SAP Core model being rolled-out.

For that reason, it is essential to have extensive experience with SAP-Non SAP integration via Middleware tools (XI/PI, or other similar tools). Ideally, we need someone who comes from a consulting background in the area of SAP SD-MM, PP, PS, or FI-CO, who has then moved to integration management positions, with a higher view on the SAP landscape.

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Contribute, with the Central Integration Manager to the identification of the list of local requirements/gaps/issues that need to be solved at process integration level (arbitration between practices).

2) Drives Local Landscape definition and delivery

3) Insures integrity and respect of the global core system end to end flows with the perimeter of the deployment

4) Drive acceptance End to End Testing

This position will support the deployment of the Global Core System with perspective of process and solution integration between all practices. With the variations in business practices/requirements and maturities, deploying a Global Core System will be challenging.

Interaction with various business practices will require analysis of business benefits and costs and arbitration to reach a consensus before taking responsibility for the ultimate decision.

This position requires negotiation and decision making that may impact all business practices within the organization. A global understanding of the process interactions will be needed and supported. With the responsibility to deploy a Global Core System, this position will support the driving of standard business practices throughout the world.

During the project, the Process & Solution Integration Manager will report functionally to the Project Manager. As such she/he will respect project management logs such as lessons learned and risks and adhere to project planning (scope, time, cost and quality).

The Process Integration Manager will manage the involvement of the Competency Centre Directors, Process Integration Director and/or Core Teams when higher escalation is require.

Regular project meetings

Regular workshops will be held within the deployment project, with all local business practices and sponsors as to mainly define local end to End flows and identify local issues/requirements
Regular meetings will be held within the Process Integration Practice as to address project process integration issues/requirements resolution and insures core availability for that

- Ability to push best practices
- Ability to get local solution on time and validated
- Ability to drive consensus and compromise in a timely fashion
- Good communication skills
- Escalate to management when relevant in order to speed decision

Business experience

Strong experience in designing and implementing process integrated end to end process flows within the context of a full scope global core (Front Office, Back Office and support functions)

Improved business experience and knowledge in at least one domain
Implementation of end to end flows experience.

We are looking for someone coming from a consulting background, ideally with strong experience around 2 modules (FI and CO, or SD-MM, or MM-PP, SD-PS).
