This SAP CRM 7 analyst IS for the B2B/B2C segment for utility sector.
For this role you will help assist the business representative in translating the processes into standard SAP CRM (Utilities contract management & Services) Perform configuration in SAP CRM7 Write technical specifications for development Testing of developments Incident analysis Knowledge of utility market processes Knowledge of ABAP (read and debug -no development) Knowledge of standard SAP functionalities (queries, authorizations, archiving, batch processing…) Knowledge of SOA and XML is an asset Knowledge of IS-U is an asset Implementing service or project deliverables according the companies standards
