- SW Engineering for quality and productivity improvement techniques and apply Process - SW Process Improvement, Requirement Engineering, SW Project Management - SW Architecture & Design Review, Code Review, Code Refactoring - Source Code Static & Dynamic Tool Analysis - Open Source content verification
Provide user documentation, training and encourage best practise in the above areas for the development engineers Carry out with minimal technical supervision some interpretation of architectural documentation. Have technical responsibility for one or more significant sections of the assigned project and carry out, with minimal supervision, the assigned work. Contribute to architectural designs of large complexity and size, as part of the Architecture review process. Support specific areas of functionality in developments in collaboration with external partners. Engage directly with internal customers and 3rd party suppliers to guide the technology for the development of projects. Provide advice to the line and project managers for project planning. Assist the other team members with their work, technically supporting some junior software engineers within other teams An understanding of how to produce both high quality code and written reports to Samsung Corporate standards and the ability to encourage others to do so. Timely provision of written reports, following the attendance of meetings and resulting from other activities undertaken as appropriate. To work as a member of a team, encouraging team building, motivation and cultivate effective team relations. To support the Team Manager in identifying training, development needs and evolving development of the methods and processes.
