Frontend Wordpress developer…My client is a digital agency based inManchesterwho is currently looking for an experienced frontend developer to join their team on a 6 month contract. This is an immediate requirement and I am speaking with the client again next week to get interviews booked in.
Please see below a break down of the technical skills required:
- Ability to hand code html, css and Jquery that ensures cross browser compatibility
- Expereince in building responsive sites
- Expereince in bespoke wordpress theme development including custom post types, taxonomies and meta boxes
- Hand code PHP/ MySQL
- Work from illustrator files and create pixel accurate HTML/CSS code.
- An understanding of UI and UX best practices
- Experience of using GIT as version control system
- Understanding of JSON and API'S in general such as face book and twitter.
In return my client is offering a daily rate of £150 to £200 per day and is looking to interview as soon as possible.
