Description
This is a superb opportunity for a specialist Oracle Productions DBA with a strong knowledge of RAC to join a strong IT team within a high-performing organisation. On top of this, experience with RMAN and Dataguard are required.It is essential that this Oracle team lead DBA can hit the ground running, so previous experience within financial services is a must (banks, insurance companies, trading platforms.)
The organisation is currently migrating onto RAC as a trading platform and therefore requires an Oracle DBA and RAC specialist to provide in-depth knowledge and experience in the technology.
Essential Technical Skills:
Oracle DBA
Expert in RAC
Strong working knowledge of Rman and Dataguard
Extensive knowledge and experience within Finance sector
Essential Competencies:
Demonstrable management skills
Experience of working as part of a global team
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
Highly motivated and ambitious
