Sales Director £100K+ 170 OTE

An experienced Sales Director is needed to join a Dynamics NAV/CRM reseller. My client is looking to ramp up their UKsales presence and the new UK-based Sales Director, who will play a key role in this growth through implementing strategy and driving performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Sales Director who is looking for a challenging role where he or she can have a real impact on the direction and growth of a niche vendor. The successful candidate will enjoy working with an NAV/CRM product that is very successful in the market place - in return you will be well rewarded financially and enjoy excellent career development.

They have a team of sales executives who need inspiration, direction, organization and support.

Key responsibilities:
  • Building up a UK-based Sales team.
  • New Business focused with a view to Account management in the future.
  • Hands-on approach to your leadership.
  • Define and implementing sales strategy across theUKwithin the ERP market.
  • Full P&L responsibility.



Experience needed:

* Excellent knowledge of ERP Dynamics solutions - having sold these into theUK market.

* A proven track record demonstrating a real contribution and achievement.
* Ability to work through and close off complex sales cycles.
* Be entrepreneurial, have sound judgment, excellent commercial acumen, have a positive personality with the ability to lead and to influence customers and your team.
* Be willing to travel
