Description
Context:The department ADM Security & Tooling within Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) is looking for a System Analyst to make the detailed design, and to support the rollout and the integration of several IT Access Management Systems that are running and that will be delivered in the coming years within several projects. Our customers are part of Access Management Services (ISRM). These projects are part of an Identity and Access Management program that serves the purpose of managing on a global level how the company deals with the management of user access permissions. Within this program there are multiple work streams that:
- Ensure that the existing processes and tools are well maintained.
- A new architecture adapted to current and future needs is developed and implemented.
- Ensure that these architectures are successfully deployed in the organization.
Function Description:
The System Analyst will;
- Work in close collaboration with the functional and technical experts in the team (continuous knowledge sharing)
- Ensure that the IT Access Management Systems function efficiently and securely to support the organization's technology needs.
- Together with the Solution Architect and the Platform Architect, analyze Business requests and translate them into a Detailed Functional & Technical Design related to the bank strategy.
- Analyze existing infrastructure and propose innovations.
- Quality Assurance on the technical deliverables provided by 3rd parties (e.g. documentation, code reviews, etc) - Write documentation and give training to Operational teams.
- Make deployment in some environments and describe runbooks,
- Propose optimal solutions, based on the Group standards.
- Propose and uphold improvements related to other domains.
Education & Soft skills Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience;

Experience:
· At least 5 years of experience in System Analysis.
· Preferably professional experience in Financial Services.
Technical experience / knowledge: Mandatory:
· 3 years experience in IT Software Development (Java, .NET, C,…).
· 5 years experience in IT System Integration.
· 5 years experience with integration of systems that are running on Windows, Mainframe and Unix platform.
· 5 years experience with systems and DBs from different suppliers (SQL Server, Oracle).
· Knowledge in scripting and XML.
Preferable:
· Professional experience in Financial Services.
· Experience in security technology and processes (IAM aspects).
