Description
Change Manager required for a 10 month contract assignment based in Helsingborg/Almhult, Sweden.
As the Change Manager your role will involve:
-Creating a communication and change management strategy
-Creating/Updating/Adapting/Maintaining change management, communication and learning material.
-Supporting/coaching the roll-out/project resources in change management
The ideal candidate for the role should have:
-Expertise and proven experience in change Management.
-Experience in the design and production of learning material
-Experience in design and creation of internal communication materials
-Ability to gather information and quickly grasp and process information and ability to translate complicated technical processes into easily understandable working methods.
-Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
