Description

I am pleased to present one of the most exciting opportunities on the market for Medical Directors with extensive experience in the Haematology-Onc arena.

This Start-up has an incredibly interesting product with two indications in Haem-Onc and potential across an array of therapy areas.

They have already been successful in their launches thus far and have a very bright future ahead of them.

Whilst there can sometimes be apprehension around the idea of joining a Start-up or Biotech, given that most will merge or be acquired a few years down the line, this opportunity is very stable, long-term and full of scope. There is no intention or need to merge with a larger organisation.

The official title of this role is UK Medical Director. If you are looking for a Global or European role, this might still be of interest as it is an opportunity unlike most.

Requirements:

- GMC Medic with UK experience in Medical Affairs
- Minimum of 7+ years' in industry
- MSL management experience would be ideal
- Experience in leading product launches
- Haem-Onc experience
- Ability to work in a matrix and small pharma environment
- Proven leadership and management skills

General Overview of Day to Day Activities (Please note that this is VERY generalised and if you suit the above requriements, I would urge you to get in touch for further details):

- Providing Medical input to affiliate team
- Overseeing Investigator Sponsored Trials
- Developing, training and maintaining leadership for MSLs and field team
- Reviewing medical and promotional materials
- Final Signatory
- Data presentation at advisory boards
