Real Staffing are looking for a share scheme administrator/manager for a permanent role based at a commercial client of ours.

This role is based in centralLondonclose to Oxford Circus tube station.

Package is £40-50k plus benefits.

Responsibilities

Overall support to proposed scheme of arrangement, including liaising with internal clients (legal, HR, comms), directors, and current share scheme trustee
  • Working with stakeholders to redesign existing on-line shareholder portal
  • Closing down existing share scheme and migrating existing shareholders to new scheme
  • Communicating terms of new scheme to, and responding to inquiries from, group employees
  • Liaising with HR personnel at sites to collect new participant data
  • Preparing participant grant packs for uploading
  • Providing company secretarial support to the new scheme Trustee, including organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Preparing New Joiner and Leaver packs
  • Serving as primary liaison for all scheme participant inquiries
  • Preparing and maintaining the Share Scheme Guide
  • Administering real-time shareholder register
  • Making necessary regulatory filings in connection with the scheme and Trustee
  • Keeping current with share scheme matters, including tax and other regulatory rules
  • Reporting to Head of HR

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Previous share scheme administration or relevant company secretarial experience
