Workforce Transformation Project Manager - 3/6 Month ContractReal Staffing are seeking a Workforce Transformation Project Manager for an exciting role with an NHS organization based inLondon.
You will be supporting two programmes: the GP network development and whole system integration where GP networks and providers will integrate around either vulnerable adults or 24/7 out of hospital care.
You, together with the providers, will identify and develop training and development programmes that will enable:
- Practices to deliver new services
- GP networks to provide services
- Support multidisciplinary working
The Project Manager will also support our clients Organisational Development Programme for:
- The Governing Body
- The five member practice locality commissioning sub committees
- The team
Successful candidates will:
- Have extensive experience in organisational development and/ or learning and development in the NHS.
- Have worked with clinicians in primary and secondary care to identify training and development needs, aligned to corporate and strategic objectives.
- Designed and commissioned training and development for multidisciplinary teams to enable delivery of new services/models of care.
- Be qualified in organisational development and are experienced coaches.
- Have experience of commissioning training and support.
- Have successfully managed complex projects and are likely to hold a project management qualification.
- Have a track record of achieving highly performing teams.
- Posses strong team skills.
- Be able to manage competing priorities and ambiguity.
- Be able to demonstrate a strong track record of delivery.
- Be comfortable with some autonomy and being held to account.
The rate is negotiable and the start date is ASAP.
