Our partner is currently defining its new delivery model aiming at:
- defining a standard approach for delivering projects
- focusing on the delivery of products
- clarifying ownership of deliverables
- structuring the use of processes and tooling
We are looking for a PM (reporting to the E2E PM, responsible of the project) performing the following activities:
- Continuing the road show (discussion of the model) and collecting feedback
- Convincing people and guide them to consensus
- Creating and follow up of the use cases
- Coaching PM and Delivery Managers during rollout and translate into lessons learnt
- Creating documentation
Skills:
- Prince 2 and Scrum methodology
- Communication skills (training, facilitates workshops)
