My client an Investment Bank based in Brussels requires a Senior Process analyst for Engineering CAS.
Responsibilities:
Process analyst: Participate to major projects in context of client.
Projects are linked to accounts domains: first entry right, paperless, esignature, close account, mandate management.
Process analyst in customer and account domains:
- Description of processes ( AS IS To Be - Process methodology - BPM)
- Implementation of process improvement
- Change management linked to process improvement (process notes) Typical deliverables: Process description Level 1-2-types activities- High level requirement - Aris - change management - learning module
Experience:
- Being able to describe/design processes
- (AS IS- To Be)
- Elaboration of process requirements
- Change management: define change management strategy, prepare communication plans for deployement, train users and provide required documents
- Knowledge of accounts domains, Customers risk, account processes
- 3-6 years experience
Technical experience/knowledge:
- MS Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Aris, Project management methodology, lean, clarity, Open work bench
Language: Good French, Dutch and English
