An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Controls Manager to work on a new build Pharmaceutical plant based in Dublin.

As Project Controls Manager you will be required to oversee the project controls for this €200 million Pharmaceutical project currently at design phase.

Role and responsibilities:

- Project Control, Planning, Cost Control, Tracking of various small to medium sized projects.
- Liaison with 3rd party suppliers / contract organisations
- Conducting schedule and review meetings & pushing for forecast schedules.
- Preparation of relevant monthly reports
-- Budgeting of cost issues and options
- Liaison with client operations and corporate finance as appropriate.
- Management of the integrated schedules. This includes the following:

- Preparation of schedule progress reports and forecasts
- Liaison with Project Teams, Programme Management Office on issues as required
- Preparation of resource plans
- Updating of schedules as required
- Ensure that the appropriate information is reported and recorded from the various teams to provide the above reporting
- Ensure that the methods, procedures, reporting and techniques used are in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Deal with cost and schedule interface issues with other parties as required to resolve them
- Manage the Projects Controls Team to carry out the above functions.

Education/experience required:

Mandatory:
- Competent Project Controls Manager / Lead experience
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Knowledgeable of the discipline specific methods, practices and techniques required to perform the function
- Previously managed large scale Pharmaceutical new build projects
