Roles and Responsibility:- Develops operational plans including site monitoring strategies, risk mitigation strategies, trial budgets, site selection, and clinical supplies management
- Provides direction and leadership to one or more clinical operations teams
- Builds effective and efficient high performing operations teams
- Establishes study milestones and ensures accurate tracking and reporting of study metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Life Scienes or nursing equivalent
- Experience working in a Global enviornment
- Strong working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines
- Strong written and verbal skills demonstrated by an ability to present clear instruction to teams at the same level in the organization
